Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Using HubSpot daily for my position in Sales, I can say it truly creates a much more effortless experience than previous CRMs I have used. The automations you can create and the ease of using dashboards in HubSpot makes my job so much easier and I am very happy with my company's choice of CRM.
- Automations
- Dashboards
- Integrations (for example with Salesloft)
- Speed (some things take a bit of time to load)
- The academy that Hubspot provides highly increases it's rate of adoption within the company and helps the users be very independent in learning it
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (formerly Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
i have used this in a previous company. It has not been a pleasant experience. The design is basically ancient and not really intuitive
