Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use Hubsport CRM for Sales and Marketing management. I can keep a track of my sales activity and deals. It becomes extremely difficult to manage all the sales outreach that you do and Hubspot CRM helps in keeping all the sales activity organized. I can also integrate my email with it and it lets me know when and how many times the recipient has opened my mail. It gives me reminders of unanswered emails as well. Its a must have tool.

Everything is extremely well organized and each stakeholder has the exact idea of what is planned. This helps in the smooth well oiled functioning of both the sales and marketing teams. The sales team is aware of the marketing activities which keeps them well prepared to handle a surge of inquiries and is better equipped to address queries.
Hands down it is the most simple of them all to use. It can be customized in several ways, the look and feel is intuitive and comes like second nature once you understand your way around it in the beginning. Other CRMs are a little difficult to learn and you may find it a bit difficult to find your way around them.
