Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use Hubsport CRM for Sales and Marketing management. I can keep a track of my sales activity and deals. It becomes extremely difficult to manage all the sales outreach that you do and Hubspot CRM helps in keeping all the sales activity organized. I can also integrate my email with it and it lets me know when and how many times the recipient has opened my mail. It gives me reminders of unanswered emails as well. Its a must have tool.

  • Helps organize the deals in the best way, one cannot miss on follow ups.

HubSpot CRM is very intuitive and the tool is easy to learn, it may have a small learning curve but once you get it, its very easy. The visualization and organization of data is much much better than most CRMs. Customization is possible wherever needed. Email sequencing is good and notification of email activity is amazing.
Hands down it is the most simple of them all to use. It can be customized in several ways, the look and feel is intuitive and comes like second nature once you understand your way around it in the beginning. Other CRMs are a little difficult to learn and you may find it a bit difficult to find your way around them.

HubSpot CRM helps in organizing your deals and the different stages of the deal in a very nice way. It gives information about which emails were opened by your recipient and gives this information in real-time, this gives some insights into what your recipient may be thinking. I think this is so far a complete tool and does not have any flip side, you may not want to buy it if your outreach volume is less and the free version would be more than enough.
