Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Hubspot helps us create eye-catching emails, post on our social platforms, organize our contacts, and collect leads through our website. We also use the chatbot tool and workflows to bring in leads from our website. Hubspot ultimately helps us contact our customers and reach people we normally wouldn't be able to.

Hubspot is the only CRM I have used. I would say that the main functions are very easy to use. Once you go more in-depth into reporting, workflow, chatbots, etc., it can get a bit more tricky. But, it is expected that anything worth using will be a bit complicated.
Honestly, this hasn't been great. Our sales team does not like using Hubspot, which is why we are having a hard time connecting ROI to our marketing efforts.

Yes

Hubspot is great for creating curated lists based on either manual edits or workflows. Hubspot is also excellent for emailing to those lists. It is easy for anyone to design an email with or without design experience. It's also easy to post to social platforms through the platform. The chatbot is a bit hard to understand and difficult to build out.
