Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM has improved our efficiency and has everything in one single tool and avoids using multiple tools for visibility on sales effectiveness and after-sales with the customer success. It helped us in resolving the calling issue using its calling tool and adding contacts to a sequence is superb and with the automation and personalization, the email open rate has gone up.

Easy to use with an easy layout. The support team is helpful and effective. HubSpot CRM can be used in different departments like sales, customer success, marketing, and finance and there is no need for multiple tools to get visibility. Options to integrate with 3rd party tools and also the integrations are easy and simple.
