Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot CRM to manage contact lists and deals. I also upload documents and use email integration, which makes it easy to add standard documents and create email templates. I also like the sequences feature and the meeting feature. They are helpful for sending and tracking communications to DBE-eligible companies for procurement purposes and setting up meetings.

There is setup time required to get it right, but it seemed quicker and easier as compared to Salesforce or Netsuite, though those have more capabilities.
It has helped with email marketing to sales contacts, which might otherwise have been kept in separate areas
We liked the available features for the cost and time to set up.
