Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We are using HubSpot CRM as our data collection mainly for our leads tracking, marketing tool and email campaigns. It is so accurate and you can see the progress of the leads going through the engagements and up to sales pipeline. We are using the HubSpot dashboard on monitoring our tasks, calls and performance on daily, weekly and monthly progress. We use it as our main tool for our marketing processes and storing of data for our clients and prospects.

I used NetSuite and other CRM's before. If I will compare those CRM to HubSpot, there are many features that are not available on the other CRM's that I used. Specially on performance tracking, email campaigns, email tracking for open and clicks rate, log calls and monitoring and dashboards. Also, I did not encounter more than 1 system system issue on it. My common issue that I encounter using HubSpot is just a slow pacing but that's okay.
HubSpot CRM have many features that are not available on the other tools that I've used. It is more user-friendly and easy to work with especially on every tasks and progress of our client, employees and prospects. So far, it is the best CRM I used on my 7 years as a Lead Generation Specialist.

It is well-suited tool especially for a CRM tool. It is so convenient and user-friendly to use. It tracks all the prospect's engagement and you can see if they open and click the links on the email campaigns sent. You can monitor all your employee's admin tasks and the not just the daily performance of your team but weekly and monthly. You can filter and customized view that you can easily monitor and track everything you want.
