Great CRM. Spend less time learning to use it and more time selling

Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use the Sales functions on HubSpot CRM. We track our leads and activity. Create templates for emails and add them to the CRM. Set up our meetings through HubSpot CRM as well.

  • Deal tracking
  • Integration with search engines
  • Some times it loses connectivity and I have to wait a little while for full functionality to come back
  • This has allowed us to work with more customers at a time
  • Increasing the speed of the deal by allowing us to move on to the next when a deal closes or dies
It is very user-friendly. The help button is always visible on the screen to ask questions if you are stuck. The support team is very timely in their response.
HubSpot CRM is easier to use than the two above. It allows for less time learning the CRM and more time doing your job.

We in our organization do not even use it to the full capabilities and what we have (sales function) works great. The integration with seamless AI is outstanding. It gives the team more time to sell or prospect.
