Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot to manage my daily tasks and pipeline as an account executive. I heavily use sequencing, templates, and automation so that I can focus on taking action while the CRM manages when and where my workload is focused. We are working on increasing KPI volume, so we use the reports and dashboards to track how we're doing as well as to make sure we're on track as a team.
Pros
- Task management.
- Sequencing ease-of-use.
- In-depth reporting.
- G-Suite integration.
Cons
- Reporting ease.
- Sequence flow.
- List management.
- Increased deal close rates and velocity.
- Greater prospecting output.
- Less time spent communicating KPIs during weekly calls.
We are able to see webinar and campaign engagement as salespeople very easily, which helps in our prospecting efforts a lot. Not having to wait until a meeting or request a report from another team makes it very easy to take action on those marketing lists quickly and effectively. It's been quite helpful and easy to use.
Much simpler to use than SF, and the nice thing is that Salesforce is very standardized, while SF is very variable. For getting up to speed, it's very nice to have a consistent understanding of where things are and how they work. I can ask someone to Google issues for HubSpot, and they will find an answer; the same can't be said for an SF instance.
