Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot for ALL my daily Tasks, Activity, and mostly calling and connecting with potential customers.
We address a Real Estate Brokerages recruiting shortfall by sending them referrals of agents that are looking to change brokerages/teams/companies.

Pros
- I love Hubspot's Sequences! Makes going through daily tasks effecient!
- Support is always available
- They offer a phone connection to your personal number that records the info into each contact's record. Need and love that!
Cons
- Could use some more customization on the drop downs for tasks - currently only allows for "to do's" , Calls and emails.
- Would love to be able to log SMS messages and be able to Pin them - through Hubspot - right now I use my SMS through RingCentral - an app integration.
- The Search feature could definitely use some improvement - it can't search for an email, and the name search has to be exact, phone number search is also lacking.
