Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use Hubspot to track prospects, customers, and lapsed customers so we can segment the lists and send each segment email blasts and direct mail campaigns. We also use it to see where each contact is in their sales journey. Although we have not yet received buy-in by the sales staff, we hope within a year to train the sales team so they can begin to take advantage of all the sales tracking features as well.
  • Email campaign workflows
  • Duplicate company/contact reports
  • Back end customization
  • Unable to sort contact reports by company name within the platform
  • Unable to add contact data to a company report, and visa versa
  • Email design still less functional than Constant Contact... but it's getting better
  • I only started working for the company 1.5 months ago
From a marketing and programming/customization perspective, Hubspot is a far more intuitive CRM than Salesforce, ePMS, Wintouch, and other CRMs I have worked in, in the past. However, it is quite expensive. I recommend Copper for those with limited budgets. I also like that since there are so many users, almost any question I have about functionality can be answered with a simple google search.
I've also used Copper, Avectra, and Wintouch as well. Please refer back to my earlier comments about how Hubspot is (mostly) a superior platform. However, the Hubspot subscription is quite expensive, so expense should be worked into the equation

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

Hubspot is better suited for B2C companies than B2B, but it's still useful for B2B, especially for tracking sales calls, email, and meetings. It's also a fantastic resource for creating segmented/complicated email blast workflows. If you only send simple emails on occasion, you'd be better off with a far simpler/less expensive CRM, such as Copper.
