Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot Marketing and Sales for our marketing communications and sales outreach. HubSpot helps us keep track of our prospects and customers in Sales and CS-related activities. We also integrated e our own product with HubSpot so our customers can track our product usage info in their CRM.

Pros

  • Email templates are very helpful for scaled comms.
  • HubSpot integrations with other software.
  • Task reminders and notation on prospect contact profile.

Cons

  • Formatting in the email writing screen in Hubspot gets glitched. (Font, indentation, deleting characters).
  • Email sending suggestion times for scheduling definitely is not a good idea based on my prospects.
  • The way info gets imported from 3rd party data providers can sometimes be messed up.
  • Helps us with our pipeline and sales forecasting and management.
  • Helps us with sales and marketing outreach.
  • Helps us with new strategy and plan implementation for sales and marketing.
I have only used HubSpot CRM, but I do enjoy HubSpot a lot and have no need for a new CRM.
As a Sales Development Rep whose role and responsibilities fall way between Sales and Marketing, HubSpot allows both teams to have visibility on the progress and performance of each time. More transparency is amazing for us as we do not have to go back and forth to retrieve information or ask questions when we can just look into the CRM.
I have not used any other CRM like HubSpot.

HubSpot is great for us as a mid-stage startup with a lot of variation in our day-to-day activities and strategies. Being able to create new sequences for my role and really refine them and learn the metrics to get insight into their performance is extremely helpful for me.
