Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot in all relations of our company. Leads, Sales & Marketing, Follow Up, Website Development

Pros

  • Keeps up with all communication in one thread
  • Tasks lists is great
  • I like how you can assign messages/ emails/tasks to others when it doesn't apply to you

Cons

  • Editing sequences
  • Editing and adjusting workflows with tasks
  • It is helping us adjust where we need to adjust our work flows
Highly successful
We haven't finished these processes yet
Its amazing! I've been out of this world for a bit raising my kids so it's amazing how far they've come!

The sequences that can be set up are great and definitely a time saver. It would be nice if at the end of the sequence, you could automatically schedule a task if they haven't replied for a certain time
