We use Ion Interactive for all our landing pages. This is mainly used for the marketing department and it helps us create landing page tests and collect data to create informed decisions on what is working and what is not. The Ion Interactive tools and ability to pull in additional data from our UTMs helps us track a potential students path from click to enrollment.

It works well for A/B testing and data collection. Additionally, our Salesforce integration is critical for our team. With Ion Interactive, we are able to reliably retain all lead information, and pass it into Salesforce. This includes UTM information as well as proprietary ID information for paid search bid optimization tools. For us, it comes down to reliably getting the data into our system so our representatives can contact our leads.
Ion Interactive is well suited for making landing pages with accurate record keeping and the ability to connect to different APIs, and it can be up and running quickly. It is also great for managing and maintaining these pages to help keep track of what is working and what is not working.

10 - The people we have using Ion interactive are in our marketing department and business intelligence departments. They use ion interactive in order to create landing pages, split tests, and gather data on page and campaign performance. We actually use a daily pull of our data to help populate our internal data warehouse and tie together performance information.
4 - To support ion interactive landing pages, we only need basic html and css skills, and I mean basic. There are so many drop in element templates that are setup for the most basic user, but the platform also allows for more advance users to add custom code. On the data side of things, we have automated tools that pull reports from ion interactive. The only things we need to check is to clear malicious traffic, which we do with a one click button at the start of each week.

It handles all we need and we already have the system integrated in our reporting systems. We have looked at alternatives from time to time, but we have not found a compelling reasons to leave the system we are using currently. Ion Interactive allows us to maintain, create, and report from landing pages quickly and accurately.

Starting a live chat get's things started for our team, and they create a ticket and follow up on any issues or questions we may have. We have found that the support staff works hard to get our issues resolved. They ask good questions to make sure we are on the same page, and they seem to be informed enough on their systems to help us diagnose issues quickly. We are a big fan of their support staff.
