The Best Marketing Automation Platform!
Overall Satisfaction with Iterable
We use Iterable for our multi-channel marketing efforts specifically for email. Iterable helps Updater by acting as a direct extension of our product for our invite platform. We love Iterable's ease of use and deep customization abilities with the API, dynamic email templates, and of course the amazing support!
Pros
- The best support in the business! They are only a chat message away and immediately respond.
- Deep customization with email templates
- In depth overview of user profiles and event history
Cons
- Easier email template preview. Please add the ability to search a user and directly ingest event payloads without having to code json.
- By having such strong support from Iterable via the chat support it has removed barriers for our marketing team and freed up time that would normally would be spent with engineers.
Again, Iterable has the strongest customer support in the business. To the point where they essentially are like having an engineering team on standby for you. This has saved the team so much time which would have been spent setting and listening in on internal engineer meetings. Iterable does a good job being highly technical and customizable platform while also being non-tech friendly.
Iterable's feature in the User Profile called Event History is great for following user paths and experiences our team has built. In other marketing automation platforms you would normally have to use a separate tool to see the events a user hits but in Iterable you have a holistic view of the whole experience right in the platform.
Iterable is so much easier to understand in terms of the UI and is a joy to use everyday. This is huge especially if you're in the operations/more technical area of the marketing team. Again, the support you get is a huge factor with Iterable!
