Overall Satisfaction with Iterable

We are using Iterable since four years now and have found their sdk very useful for our android and iOS app integration. It helps us to build our customer journeys, track audience behaviours, sending customized emails, sending push notifications, sending in-app messages, it helps us to do lots of A/B testing in determining what is best working for us and what is not.

Pros

Cons

  • Probably allow rich animated graphics in push notifications
  • Introduce some sort of AI which can help your customers
  • Please provide 60 days payment terms or allow monthly payment for businesses who are your old partners and heavily depend on Iterable and are currently struggling in bad macro economic environment
  • Iterable has helped us in building our strategies and workflows around user journeys and monetization perspectives
  • Conversion rate have gone up with constant use of Iterable
  • Time to launch new campaigns and digital marketing initiatives is quite fast using Iterable
Yes we use all the features listed above except sms. I am not sure we have checked on the charges for sms from Iterable because we are using Telesign today and will talk to our Account Manager about it.

It has overall given us the flexibility and ability to get go our digital marketing campaigns quite fast.
Yes we generate lot of insights from Iterable backend because we log lots of data to know our customer behaviours and what they are doing in our app. This helps us to optimize and build new user experiences around our business use cases of Baby monitoring. Our customer lifecycle has improved over the years.
The rich functions , flexibility, iOS and Android SDK integration, Cost and return of investment we find better with Iterable.

I have researched many CRM tools in past with my team in terms of functionalities offered and the cost related evaluation. I have found Iterable one of the best so far. We do use Iterable for our digital marketing and monetization activities and have stick to them even though being challenged many times by our frequently changing leadership.
