Overall Satisfaction with Iterable
We use Iterable to send emails. We also leverage segment as a CDP to pipe data into Iterable which integrates seamlessly. We have multiple BU, so Iterable does a good job keeping the B2B and C2B users separate. We have experience nothing but great things from the support team and product.

We only leverage Iterable for email due to the structure of our business. Eventually we want to migrate off other platforms for push/sms and be able to launch omni channel campaigns, very interested in testing next best action
We have a ton of data in Iterable and we're only scratching the surface. Thanks to our integration with segment, we can pipe in new fields and update existing ones manually or via bridge. My favorite is being able to overwrite existing users with new properties
Iterable is far superior. The UI, AB testing tool, drag and drop template editor, journey building, reporting. Almost every aspect is better
