Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

We use GoToConnect for our phone system. We have had no issues or problems with it. The feature I most like is that you can receive voice messages that are left by callers to the office by checking email no matter where in the world you are at the moment (as long as you have email access of course). You always know right away when someone has left a voicemail. This means that I can respond right away if need be. The system is set up so that callers can directly reach anyone in the office at their own personal extension and the administrative functions (billing and deleting messages, etc.) are very easy to do. The support staff has always been responsive and helpful whenever we have had any questions (as noted, we have had no negative issues at all in the 1-year or so that we have had the service). Our firm is very pleased.

More features than Verizon.
If I am on vacation I can always keep track of phone calls so there is never an overload of messages to return once back in the office.

Using GoTo Connect

  • Product Features
The product features were most important in our decision to purchase GoToConnect. As our employees work from different locations, especially since the onset of the Covid pandemic, the features offered which allow us to keep track of all incoming messages regardless of where we are at that moment are an invaluable asset. As a result we can respond quickly to any questions or inquiries, regardless of our location.
Very easy to use even for non-technological people like me.
  • Remote access to our phone system is the most important use of this system by far.
  • Being able to access for different users other than ourselves, for example when one or more co-workers are on vacation, is also beneficial. An example is being able to delete someone else's message box when full if they are unable to do so.
  • We primarily use this service strictly for phone and messaging capabilities, so no unexpected or innovative ways to use come to mind at the moment.
By enabling us to access phone messages from anywhere, we can respond quickly to our customer's needs and inquiries thereby allowing us to serve them with no delays or glitches.
We have used this service for several years now and have no complaints. We are very happy with them and see no reason to switch providers or to not renew.
GoTo Connect (which was originally Jive) was the first service of this type that our firm implemented so I can't compare it to other competitors. While I am sure other competitors probably offer great service as well, the features provided by GoTo Connect have been extremely beneficial to us as a company. Furthermore, their customer service is outstanding!
