Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
GoToConnect is used as our agency VoiP phone & text platform. Prior to using GoToConnect we were using Google Voice for the agency, as we grew in employee count we needed ways to transfer calls, place calls on hold, and add callers to conference calls. With GoToConnect we're able to handle all these tasks as well as text messaging directly from our desktop.

Most important feature is the desktop application, we use soft phones rather than desktop and this was a crucial requirement when making our selection.

GoTo Connect services have made it easy to manage our phone systems thus increasing our efficiency and profitability.
Unknown on this, we were referred to GoTo from another one of our clients. We previously utilized Google Voice however it didn't scale well with what we were trying to accomplish.
