Overall Satisfaction with Klaviyo
We use Klaviyo as our email marketing platform. We deploy all our promotional email off this tool and set up many triggers that are set it and forget it (such as abandon cart, welcome, anniversary, inactive, etc)

- Does not have default for donotreply email (have to create your own)
- Pixels aren't great on website for capturing all abandon cart emails
- analytics - better way to summarize reports
- Generated 40% of our total revenue
- Easy to implement and we didn't lose any time (which is $$)
- Data transfer was super easy and very secure

Very easy and it's quick API copy and paste! Wish every ESP had this!
We can now send email to specific purchasers of a product or some that hasn't been active in X amount of time. Very important to use these features to have that 1:1 relationship with our customers.
Retention and upsell with the triggers. They are easy to setup in flows and easy to change and alter
Easier to use and easier to integrate with! The setup time to get things going was also a shorter timeline!
