Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
We use Litmus mainly to get the rich email analytics tracking and to test that each of our communications looks perfect in every platform. We love the tracking code it has as it is far superior to what we get through Salesforce normally. We send our emails through the Marketing cloud due to better integration with Salesforce but we build them, test them, and track them with Litmus. Also, Litmus' newsletter and resources are of great help to keep our communications updated and up to date with the latest trends.

Integrating with Marketing cloud has been a life changer, the reporting capabilities Litmus offers are for greater than just using Salesforce Marketing Cloud just by itself. Same thing with testing emails and making them look perfect on every email inbox. Feels like we used to live in the dark ages prior to it.
Litmus' deeper visibility into multiple email engagements and performance metrics has let us adapt and create better communications with our customers, it takes the guesswork that you would usually get when trying to figure out where a marketing campaign is failing. With Litmus, you can see what users are doing, and what they are reading.
We haven't used this feature much since the email team is small and in close proximity. We will be using these features more as time passes by.
Litmus is much better at tracking, building, and testing emails than what we have used in the past, and the integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a life-changer.
