Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp

We are a small business, and we use Mailchimp for regularly emailing clients and prospective clients as well as talking internally. We recommend it to our clients of course!

Pros

  • Easy To Use
  • Templates help ensure communication is effective

Cons

  • Linking between desktop and mobile is sometimes more cumbersome
  • App should be the default on the mobile phone not the web browser
  • ROI definitely increases
  • Can scale when necessary
Mailchimp is just an easier solution and works across all of the different scenarios. I cant think of any situation concerning emails where I would not recommend mailchimp. It is our default.
It is perfect!
We have not chosen to do so yet as we use HubSpot and think each is best in class
Mailchimp is the professional email solution.
Mailchimp is really suited across small and large businesses. I can't really think of where it is not effective unless each email is for a single user and the content is unique to the user
