Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp

We use Mailchimp to track applicant interest and to communicate with prospective customers for our programs. We also use it to track email and marketing campaigns.

Mailchimp is very user-friendly and does not require a lot of experience to be competitive. While not all its features are as deep as others, it is the only tool that has proven to allow us to get results the fastest.
Mailchimp does what it says it will and then some. Analytics and predictive behaviour can be improved but what is included works well.
Integration into our CRM and Student Management System is key to reporting and life-cycle analysis. Mailchimp has proven to be the tool that supports our end-to-end marketing efforts.
The low barrier to entry has been important in user adoption. Without users behind the product, it would have failed. This is a huge consideration for adoption of a marketing tool.
