Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams is primarily being used by the Project Management Office (PMO) at my organization. It allows for quick communication between team members at a 1-on-1 level and at a team level. There is also a functionality to upload multiple documents for team members to view. This allows people from many different departments to easily connect if they have an internet connection.

  • Connectivity issues via the app.
  • Good project tracking.
  • Good to monitor costs.
Microsoft continues to release professional products for personal and business uses. Having all solutions accessible via cloud or internet access has enhanced usability for all products to work in conjunction with each other. My organization uses this solution because our environment is primarily Microsoft products. This is a blessing and a curse as many users prefer to use Mac and don't receive full technical support because of it.
Microsoft Teams' support has been fantastic. Not only does Microsoft support my team on a technical level, but our organization is also qualified to offer technical support. They are available via chat, phone call, or email. Their prompt response time has given us peace of mind if there are any technical malfunctions.

Microsoft Teams is well suited to support teams that work within a Windows environment. Sometimes, it is difficult setting up via the app when the user is a Mac user. It is easy to customize workspaces for teams you are involved in. The more you customize, the more the design of this software may feel compartmentalized sometimes.
