Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams

We use Microsoft Teams as our collaborative tool to allow users and teams to have constant communication with each other, whether that is in regards to projects, tasks, or schedule changes. Microsoft Teams is great in that members can share their screens and do video calls and audio as well. The quick chat feature is a great bonus when you want to quickly communicate with a colleague.
  • Screen sharing within call rooms. Great for displaying examples and visuals.
  • Quick chat is efficient in sending quick messages or confirmations with colleagues.
  • User interface is also easy to navigate around, even for beginner users.
  • An added functionality that would be beneficial would be sharing files and sending them from within the call room.
  • Other than that, there is nothing to add as Microsoft Teams really is that good!
  • Positive in that users are able to quickly get on a call and verify certain information and updates.
  • With users not in the office, it is a great tool to bring everyone on board with both video and screen sharing.
  • The ability to transcribe the meetings with the software makes it useful when needing to look back at certain statements.
Teams works so well in that it comes with being an Office 365 subscriber, so it comes for free! Added benefits include being within the Microsoft eco-system with Outlook Calendar and Exchange notifications. Microsoft Teams is constantly tailoring the software to make it more innovative and also intuitive for users to use as we move in a visualized office place.
Microsoft customer support is great, although it can be a bit of a hassle getting to a representative. Also, I have not had issues with Teams to have to give Microsoft a call, so that is positive! Microsoft also has great knowledge-based articles for information on tasks and how-tos on Teams.
The features that are at your fingertips in Microsoft Teams are great. From audio calls to video conferencing to chatting between users and colleagues, there are lots of other options that can also be tweaked such as automatically starting Teams when you log onto your laptop or changing your status to busy or in a meeting.

Microsoft Teams has really shown how it can assist in this current environment but even without so, it is valuable as a tool to connect with individuals and collaborate on conference schedules.

Price did have a big factor, but at the same time, usability and functionality were also a big decision in our process. The fact that Microsoft Teams was so established and well-known, along with it being apart of the Office 365 system, made this choice easy but at the same time a well-made decision.
I would not change anything, it was a smooth, flawless experience!
