Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams

We use Microsoft Teams across the whole organization for internal communication. It is easy to use, notifications are on-point and the UI is clean and simple. During this work from home period its being used extensively for daily meetings, online sessions and screen sharing. It has cool emojis and GIFs to make chatting more lively and interactive. It has mobile application to make it much easier to access.

It has better customer support and comes in bundled with Office 365. It has better mobile applications. UI is better than hangouts.
User friendly interface. Can be accessed easily from any device. Sending files is easy and hassle free.
Microsoft support is the best support team you can ever find. On top of that we can find several community thread with which we can easily resolve smaller issues.

It is best in screen sharing and improving regularly. Audio and Video calling quality is top notch. But doesn't work well with slow internet connection. Call drops are frequent. Notifications are quick and can be easily viewed at the bottom of the desktop without having to open the application. Integration with outlook is not as good as skype for business needs much improvement in this area.
