Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
We use Microsoft Teams for all of our internal communications and meetings. We also use it for any external meetings with customers and partners. We have been using it since day 1 / the move from Skype for Business.
We provide an online platform that trains people with IT software, so it's essential that we are always using the latest software ourselves.

Pros
- Keeps communication alive with a fully remote working team
- Seamless meetings with clients
- Great for transcribing meetings
- Keeping a paper trail of data
Cons
- Microsoft Teams can go through times where it runs quite slow
- Calls disconnecting even though employees connections are good
- Adding something like an in-built 'Kahoot' would go a long way!
- We couldn't really put a value on it! We couldn't work the way we do without Microsoft Teams. Any of the other providers (Slack, zoom etc) would mean using multiple apps.
- The whole team stay productive and connected! It has helped us transition to fully remote working during a time when people are around the world are being brought back into the office.
- Saves a lot of time by having everything we do in one place
- Slack and Google Meet
I love Slack and the functionality it has! However, it lets itself down that you can't have client meetings through it / need to use another app like Google Meet for the meetings. It just is more apps/logins needed for employees = time that could be used doing other things.
Google Meet is great for video connection/quality! less drop outs
