Overall Satisfaction with MindManager
Personal information management, projects, meetings, tasks and planning. Mostly use MindManager as a tool for organizing and getting an overview of information. Also use it as a presentation tool, and as a springboard for articles in Word and PowerPoint presentations. Great for creating Standard Operating Procedures for the company I'm working at.

- Word export (the exported Word document is a bit hard to work with/need a lot of modifications before it's "standard" Word document).

Previously we used Word and OneNote for information (textual) management. The linear format does not work when you get 10+ pages of information, you lose the needed overview and spend a lot of time browsing the document for relevant part. With MindManager's visual mind map format we get the needed overview and it's a brief to navigate back and forth between the needed information.
MindManager covers all our needs (information management, brainstorming and planning, project management, sharing and collaboration) in one tool, and we do not have to jump back and forth between different applications. It's a very flexible tool that can be customized to your specific needs and projects, and it's very easy and intuitive to learn and use for beginners new to mind mapping and MindManager.
