Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Integrating user flows and architecture designs in documentation using diagrams tools. Creating and sharing whiteboards over video chats. During sessions with developers, drawing ideas in think tanks. Doing time-based retrospectives with large teams. Visualizing product wireframes and integrating them within onboarding documentation. Brainstorming using sticky notes and arranging in groups accordingly. Product use cases and ideas sharing.

  • UX was positive for all users.
Maybe organization-wide users are not fully aware of other teams' collaboration enough. Most of the integration and onboarding were pretty easy and intuitive for all employees requiring the service. Explaining how to use Miro is easy; the only thing repeating itself is the "follow me" feature, which was hard to explain.
Couldn't find an MS teams integration. Maybe it's because of the organization blocking.
Allowing whiteboard sharing was helpful with kickoffs, brainstorming, and knowledge transfers. Helping dev teams understand features and collaborate on ideas is intuitive.

Yes

Miro is more intuitive with better responsiveness. More integrations with drawing capabilities. Inline editing is great, with amazing visualizations. I love sharing screens when teams are watching live remarking/commenting. Using this in large teams allows voting and timer capabilities better organize and manage the conversation. Sticky notes help us understand the idea of not forgetting to write remarks during conversations.
