Overall Satisfaction with Miro
To Collaborate with the Team and to understand the User Flow miro is the best tool i have used so far. I also feel that the comment option is very much helpful for getting the quick review comments and start discussing on a particular screen. the UI is so simple that anyone can understand the flow and information. it has multiple layout boards in which i use the retrospective board most of the time.
- Laying out a roadmap or strategy for an innovation workshop or program.
- Wireframing a new product concept or idea.
- Developing a user story or customer journey map.
- Creating a list of ideas or topics to focus on for an important project.
- I would like to mention about the GIF's and emoticons to be available at greater numbers
- Can have Different Fonts with different languages
- navigation between tabs could be better
- Improved Productivity
- It is a time saver for me. ideas can be easily put on miro board and easy to explain with the layout
- reduced project completion time
- easy to navigate and understand the objectives and the maps
Miro allows multiple users to connect on a single/ multiple boards so that we are able to work on a particular task with multiple people updating things on their board at a time and it is easy to express their views in an attractive manner. the other user's are highlighted in different colours for better user experience.

Miro's UI is much loved one for me ! no doubt in that . the smoothness that miro offers can be unmatchable. also the navigation options, wiring between the cards , integration was much better to the other softwares that i have used so far. miro also has autosave option when i get lost with the internet connection and my latest fed data is still available on the board.

Evaluating Miro and Competitors
Yes - Creately. Miro replaced microsoft whiteboard and Creately which the team was using previously and team is much comforatble now with Miro for its best user interface and user experience . Miro has lots of inbuilt available boards which is consumed by many agile teams. after having a big comparison among the other tools i feel miro is the best tool in its segment.
- Scalability
- Integration with Other Systems
- Ease of Use
Miro is a cloud application in which team can connect from anywhere and work on a single board which supports multiple users . inbuilt boards for agile team is also an added advantage that miro offers.
i would consider Work from anywhere (Cloud based) tool, multiple user accesible pages
