Miro, the best tool to share ideas with your team, anywhere, anytime
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We needed a platform where we can share ideas and brainstorm everything we wanted our new departments to be, we designed a commercial strategy, approach and new business acquisition by sharing different boards, also had the opportunity to show the board every step we were taking to get to the sweetspot we wanted to reach.
Pros
- Shareable boards
- Easy diagrams
- Great templates
- Project Management tools for small businesses
- Great option to present during meetings
Cons
- The downloads (Pictures, boards) sometimes can be hard to understand what images you want
- The drag and drop while using multiple boards can be weird, you can drag the board or the elements inside of them
- Fonts can be improved
- Improved the way we shared opinions during online meetings
- Created a safe space for brainstorming, specially during non meeting times
- Created a great board to set up all the flow on our commercial team
Has been a great help to share ideas, more than ever when it becomes to strategies, like outbounding or commercial, it has been great to leave it open during the days and we can retake it any time we need to add our insights, ideas or simply throw a subject we can discuss or think during the day and avoid another call or meeting
We decided to go with Miro (even having visio installed as part of our microsoft suite) due to the easy-to-use environment and user friendly UX/UI, the was it easier than any other tool to share content, boards or anything it's simply a win-win situation for us, no matter your level of understanding of the tools, it becomes very simple to use and add your comments or thoughts
