Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro acts as a wonderful collaboration and organization tool for our business, helping us to outline and streamline workflows for everyone to see and access at all times. It's flexible design and customizable tools and interface allow it to be useful for a variety of projects and applications, from brainstorming to execution.

Pros

  • User customization
  • Project organization
  • Assign tasks/roles
  • Collaborative brainstorming

Cons

  • Increased customization on notification deliveries
  • Improved productivity
  • Improved project organization
Miro allows our fully-remote team to collaborate on anything or everything with ease, open accessibility and accountability. We utilize Miro for all such discussions, since it has such tremendous flexibility in design/layout depending on what the needs of the project are and allows us to keep a running "whiteboard" up for everyone to see and contribute to at any point.
A bit more manipulation to set up, especially with notification needs on projects, but worth it to invest the time to do so to counter the high cost of the other products. Miro is more of a malleable blank slate to work with, whereas the others are more defined in how to use and functionality possibility, which we appreciate the creative nature of Miro for those opportunities.

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is great for brainstorming ideas for new projects and kanban board-like organization and workflow for those that make the cut. You have to be on top of the notification options, however, to ensure team members are alerted if/when needed as to their required input and/or action pending.
