Overall Satisfaction with Miro

it helps me to work and enhance my idea as well as planning my projects.
it is also helpful in teamwork and collaboration with my teammates while working remotely. and i think miro has been pretty useful at creating user flows and wireframes. it is also good at sharing ideas and getting feedback quickly. as an app developer and a designer. it suits my needs as of now

Pros

  • real time collaboration is so good for me to work with my teammates remotely
  • there are so many templates i can choose from
  • easy to give and get feedbacks so that i can improvise.
  • pretty straightforward setting up

Cons

  • offline access is comparatively limited
  • some advanced features have a steep learning curve.
  • community support is not the best.
  • faster feedback
  • better team collaboration and allignment
  • reduced project completion time by better project tracking and managing
i think beginners should start from simple templates and scale it later. learn simple basic features first and move to advanced later. there are good tutorials online for reference for integration and setup. encourage every team member for Realtime collaboration and feedback
it was easy for me to connect it with google drive which was the only integration i used and it was pretty straightforward .
it has definitely helped me to my organizations ability to collaborate with many remote workers to involve and discuss in important sessions which has improved company overall productivity individual work efficiency. whiteboard specifically help us to unify everyone's ideas so that every feedback and opinion is valued as well as incorporated in our projects.
i prefer Miro because it offers better flexibility for both design and team collaboration. miro has a broader canvas than Figma. and it definitely offers better and more features than jam board. as a ui ux designer these are very important for me

very useful in creating user flows , breaking down and tracking project timeline to complete it efficiently on time. not well suited for writing programs or development. not efficient for managing large datasets or spreadsheets.
