Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro allows for seamless collaboration across our departments. It allows for people to visualize their ideas, brainstorm effectively, and map out processes. We use Miro for low-res designs and all of our brainstorming workshops.

Pros

  • Collaboration
  • Brainstorming
  • Low-res Design

Cons

  • Organizing Projects
  • Integrating with other tools
  • Improved productivity
  • Better quality and quantity of ideas
  • Alignment on building things through voting
It was very easy to get set up in Miro. Assigning permission roles is easy and the tutorial guides help a lot.
This could be made easier. Miro doesnt make it very obvious how to integrate with other tools you might use. Users should be able to request to use an integration.
My team is fully remote so being able to work at the same time but also async is very important. Commenting in Miro is very easy and allows my team to pick up where we left off. Sharing new projects is very simple as we have a slack message every time we are invited to a board.
Miro's ease of use and useful tool bar were the main reasons we've stuck with Miro. They have many templates and I'm interested in how their AI capabilities will develop.

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is particularly good for initial brainstorming on a problem. There are many tools to support the group, such as sticky notes, timers, private mode, music options, etc. It also allows arrows to be drawn to connect ideas and map out a thought process.
