Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is consistently used in my organization as the gold standard for designing, socializing, and confirming a project.
We mainly use it in order to ensure that the right group has the capacity to view and comment on all essential material and because Miro's capacity for design functionality allows us to pull in everything from PDFs to online images.

Pros
- Pull in various items (such as PDFs)
- Collaboration in real time
- Creating and mapping user journey flows
- Movement from Miro into "final" version softwares such as powerpoint.
Cons
- When operating several PDFs together the quality may start to slip
- The sharing functionality on passworded boards can feel clunky
- The toolbar takes some getting used to
- Because it can do so much discovery of new techniques takes some time and may be unobvious.
- 17% reduction in meeting times
- >50% increase in meeting collaboration (measured by the average % of speakers in the call)
- Multiple new contracts being possible from different time zones.
We have taken on several projects that simply would not be possible without Miro. The whiteboard function allows true creativity with the tools it supplies and the collaboration allows for teams across the globe to finally have one source of truth. There is no getting lost in version swirl if everyone can see which version is the top version at the moment.
Miro is the best product when you need to literally see everything in one place, combine two different concepts, such as user journey flow and a pdf, or draft something where you do not know what you are making yet. The form of other drafting tools limits the end design. Miro is limitless.
