Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Being a team of creatives spread across Jersey, UK, France and Spain, the ability to have and utilise a remote-access project management system is essential. After much research, we found that monday.com offered the best and most comprehensive set of tools and everyone in the team, both local and remote, enjoys using monday.com to manage various small and large scale projects, one-off and regular tasks as well keep track of social media posting, print advertising, competition entries, meeting notes and employee holidays. Every aspect of managing the business can be covered using monday.com and we'd be lost without it.

Ability to print easily from boards (perhaps PDFs) rather than exporting to Excel
Desktop app can be glitchy and unresponsive
Ability to access and manage billing from the desktop app rather than just in the browser

Return on Investment

We've been able to move away from various versions of Excel and Word documents being emailed around the team to everyone working from a central online location
Work no longer gets lost or accidentally deleted and everything is trackable
We've been able to streamline processes which were clunky and a time drain

Usability

With a local and remote team of various ages and skill levels, having a project and task management system that was easy to learn and use daily was essential. In an effort to move away from versioned Excel/Word documents, we needed a smooth and functioning system to enable this and allow all the team to feel at ease. The mobile app is a huge benefit as well.

Support Rating

Have only needed to contact support once and the interaction was great, even though what we were asking for was not yet possible

Reliability & Availability

Despite the desktop app being glitchy at times, we all love using monday.com to manage our company tasks and projects. There have only been a handful of times in the last 2 years where we haven't been able to access the system or it hasn't been saving updates etc. The ability to store/see images and files all in one place alongside the tasks/text/updates is amazing and makes our work so much easier.

monday.com is great for any sized team/business from small one-man bands, to small teams, to medium sized businesses and even large teams/businesses. The ability to scale is amazing and although we don't use them, there is a whole raft of integrations and add-ons available. We have just started a new project and I have been able to load all the folders, boards, groups and tasks required and assign all the work to the various remote team members painlessly. By utilising the updates section on each task, the team are able to share content and ideas easily and receive immediate feedback. I love how everything is kept together and be easily accessed.
