Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Most of the time, we use monday.com for epics and tasks management.
  • Fast sync with other users.
  • Easy to use.
  • Boards that can be shared.
  • Sometimes docs not work properly in monday.com installed application on mac.
  • A nice feature would be mind map.
  • It is a little expensive for a small company.
  • We managed to save time because we didn't have to learn the program, it was very intuitive from the start.
The whole interface is very intuitive and the synchronization of tasks for everyone and for all platforms is fast.
After two years of use, I didn't have to call support, everything went very well.
Everything went very well on the tasks side. I very rarely encountered difficulties in docs.

In my experience, creating and synchronizing epics and tasks with the whole team is very easy to manage. The application interface is very simple and easy to use. (compared to other similar programs). The mobile application is very good and syncronizes very quickly with the database. Many Apps. which can be used easily. Very useful automations for everything.
