We use monday.com as a project management tool for scheduling, tracking and reporting on projects collaboratively with clients.
We invite clients to boards so our projects and their progress (or blockers) are fully transparent and all key stakeholders can quickly and easily view exactly where a project is up to.
We assign resources to line items and highlight critical junctures within the workflow where client inputs, reviews and approvals are required. This ensures that clients are aware at the outset of what we will be asking of them and when, which in turn tends to keep projects right on track.
