It's super easy to use. It is easy to integrate with other systems which is really helpful. Being able to collaborate so easily without having a direct impact on someone's schedule (meetings, etc.) saves so much time and makes us more efficient. The different board ideas give you inspiration for different projects, it's great.

Support Rating

The support is the main thing I think lets Monday down. You are only able to directly chat with someone if you have paid for the higher plan, which is a pain if you need a quick answer. Sending emails to get assistance can take a long time and slows down our workflow.

Reliability & Availability

Monday has had a few instances of downtime recently, however, it is normally short-lived and resolved quickly. I believe it does everything it says it does. As mentioned, the only issue is some integrations not being fully available, such as Pipedrive. Apart from that, it has a good uptime rate for us!

Alternatives Considered

Trello

Trello is a lot harder to use; it has fewer integrations and becomes quite messy quite quickly You are forced to use only the available formats and cannot change to suit your needs, etc. It is a very basic tool in comparison to Monday.com. We struggled quite a lot to get on board with it!

It is really great for most scenarios, no matter what work you do, as each board is so customizable and easy to use. It may be more difficult to use in scenarios such as mapping planning - for example, we make signage plans and it is not suitable for that kind of work at all.
