Overall Satisfaction with Namely

We use Namely as our HRIS and utilize them to manage our Payroll as well as our Benefits. We were looking for a new system based on our struggle with the current platform we were using that had multiple errors, but mainly we struggled with the support options, or lack of support.

  • We are still very new to Namely so I don't feel like I have the ability to answer this.
Namely was able to check all of the boxes in the most affordable way
There was one area that was said would be included that we then had to pay more for. The benefits was also a struggle. The person helping with implementation did not know what he was doing, but the sales person we spoke with was able to help and get it done right away. But we had already wasted WEEKS and now we have launched, and still dont have benefit information available to our employees.
The permissions are a little tricky but the rest is really great!
Namely so far has everything we were looking for to be able to move away from our current platform. They could do better with the benefit implementation/take over though.
