My organisation uses NetSuite for project management and customer relationship management purposes to have full view on all clients all the time. We input client data from the lead generation phase though signing the purchase order until the integration is finalised and then we propose the next product which starts the process again.
- Multiple options to automate the processes and save time
- Various functionalities to improve efficiency of the CRM process
- The complexity does not work well for smaller companies - unnecessary complication
- Adjusting the tool to our needs resulted in saving time on manual documents edition
- Customizing the process also reduced the amount of internal conversations which are now not needed when details are transferred automatically
- HubSpot and Harvest
There is an option to track workflow for each employee in NetSuite CRM and customize it a lot for company needs. There are multiple advanced reports that can be generated in this tool which may be required by the finance / admin / management team. These teams can also track due dates and accomplishments.
