Overall Satisfaction with Ooma Office
I use Ooma Office in my freelance business. As a sole proprietor Ooma Office has helped my businesses by providing quality business telephone services at an affordable rate. Additionally I am able to field calls easily and customize my client's experience. It is also helpful to have the option of forwarding my calls to my cell phone so that when I am mobile I won't miss a call.

- No missed calls with call forwarding.
Ooma Office has a lower cost in combination with the most options that I am looking for. Most low cost options do not offer things like customized voice mail, forwarding to extensions, and transcribed messages. The services that do offer these options are much higher priced. In addition the Ooma Office interface is so easy to use. Most others I've used are confusing and hard to navigate.
