Overall Satisfaction with PagerDuty
We use PagerDuty as an on call alerting tool to let us know when inbound sales leads or messages come to the company sales/info email. We are required to respond in a certain amonunt of time and PagerDuty helps us do that
- Integration with email, slack and SMS
- Gives a detailed explanation of what the alert is
- Ease of use & Set up
- It would be cool if you could respond to the alert straight from pager duty
- its pretty expensive so only some team members get access
- reporting is not that analytical

- Single source of truth for alerting
- Ability to alert different tiered team members
I think we have benefited from this because downtime would have cuased us to miss some important sales leads and act on them timely. Other compeittors could have won them over during that time.
Slack & email integration makes it easy to alert straight from your phone and commuincate with teammembers
My team does not use this feature
I dont use the analytics too deeply because they do not show me meaningful information, it is more just showing me statistics of past incidents
- AlertOps and Freshservice
I like the PagerDuty much more than the Freshservice UI. I find Freshservice to be extremly clunky and hard to use
