Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

I use it to have clients sign client documents remotely; I sign the electronic documents myself electronically, then pass the documents on to the clients to sign. I don't have to print, sign, scan, and email, I can just do it directly through PandaDoc. I don't have to purchase a printer, and I don't have to see the client in person, which would be the other option.

Pros

Cons

  • The date should be set to auto-filling to today beside a signature, and then let the user change it
  • Getting the fields positioned just right is a chore - a general problem, not something PD can fix
  • Saved time, paper, ink so money

  • Allows me to store the documents in the tool, so saved cabinet space

They look good. The signatures need to be placed perfectly, however, and the date formatting, so it doesn't get cut off, is a little tricky

  • both sides sign, which is cool, and it lets me sign while I am placing the fields, so it recognizes me, so that was a pleasant surprise
I used DocuSign before. PandaDoc was free, to be honest, so I used it instead.

I like not having to print client documents to sign them, then scan them, and email them, whereas the client has to do the same. I can sign the electronic documents online, and after putting a few fields on the document, send them to the client to do the same. It'd very convenient.

It's all we use it for, to sign contracts. It's not used to sell.

  • Field dragging

  • Placing the fields perfectly on the document, so the date doesn't get cut off
  • When signing, I want to have a date prefill to the day the document is signed
  • Not have to upload one document at a time to prevent them being strung together into one signature document; that's annoying
