Parallels Remote Application Server

Overall Satisfaction with Parallels Remote Application Server

  • We use Parallels Remote Application Server to deliver Windows Applications from a cloud-hosted environment to end-user desktops via HTTPS.
  • This solution removes physical hardware from the end-user premises; this gives our clients peace of mind that they don’t have to spend thousands on initial setup, rather a monthly cost to cloud providers.
  • Delivery of Applications
  • Easy setup
  • Support
  • Something built for smaller clients
  • LetsEncrypt integration
  • Option for 1-15 clients
  • Remove Physical Hardware
  • The ability to upgrade resources in the cloud instance
We have not tried any other product, we were suggested Parallels Remote Application Server from a trusted partner, and it fitted our needs perfectly, so why go looking for something else?
  • Absolutely, everything under one console is magic; all configuration is done from there.
  • We have only done Remote Desktop Services setups for our clients, VDI is not something our clients require.
  • Our clients love this feature; most of their software comes with mobile applications, but a lot of the features are stripped away, and they require the windows experience anyway.
  • This allows the end-user to utilize the software as they know it when in front of a desktop but delivered to a tablet.
Each to their own, we do not utilize Parallels Remote Application Server in this configuration. This is more for VDI setups.
The ability to be able to lock down IP’s, MAC addresses and then adding 2FA to outside users are great features.
It just works for our situation, and every client I move to Parallels Remote Application Server has a great experience.
