Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Paycom was used for project hours tracking and employee payroll tracking and management. This was mainly used by all the full time and part time employees to enter worked hours on a weekly basis. This would then be reviewed and approved by the manager. In addition, this was also used for the payroll where employee could see their bi-weekly paycheck, vacation hours accumulated and so on.

  • The GUI could be more intuitive
  • Better customer support
  • It was very easy to use and learn, which saved time.
  • It gets the job done fast.

Its ease of use and powerful and feature packed tools are reliable and great to use for all types of employees. It is also user friendly and one could use their mobile apps for downloading paychecks and so on.
