Paycom is being used across the whole organization as a tool to implement, track, and produce outcomes related to payroll and HR.

  • Creates a user friendly interface.
  • Maintains accurate information.
  • Facilitates real time data.
  • The accrual modules Form 6 have been changed. They are less user friendly.
  • More How to videos could be uploaded.
  • More how to set up of Payroll Type, schedules, and data sets needed.
  • Reduced errors, thereby reducing admin costs.
  • Easy to understand reports that give a clear picture to executives.
  • Automated procedures for HR, reducing the need for paper.
Paycom is better suited for the industry and is always updating their structure to accommodate the changing needs of its consumer base.
