Paycom - Affordable, Reliable, Quality Payroll Services
Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We use Paycom exclusively for our payroll processing, state and federal payroll reporting and payments, and payroll direct deposits for employees.
Pros
- Timely payroll processing.
- Ease of processing.
- Stay apprised on pertinent issues that affect payroll reporting.
- Stress free payroll processing for employers both large and small.
Cons
- Would like to see a notification by email when reports have been loaded or messages in inbox.
- Paycom should review each account annually to ensure account billings are accurate and clients are happy with their services.
- Original reports are only kept for a couple of months and are not archived. Clients must write a query to capture any details that are needed.
- Substantially reduced administration time for payroll calculations and reporting and remittances to employees, state and federal agencies.
- Dependable payroll processing for clients who are out of the office traveling to other office sites.
- Reliable and trustworthy company to handle payroll needs with direct access to client's bank.
We used Wells Fargo Payroll Services also. Paycom is hands above these services in ease of use and dependability. The way Paycom handled COVID reporting and ensured clients had intense and detailed explanations for reporting was absolutely amazing.
