Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We currently use Paycom across the whole organization and utilize their services for Benefits, On-boarding, HR paperwork,Time & Attendance, Payroll, Garnishments, Surveys, and Training.
- Payroll
- Time & Attendance
- Custom fields in the system for tracking DOT information
- Custom Applications
- Applicant system has improved but would like to see it get a little more user friendly
- Background Checks - MVR's are not DOT compliant for all states
- Archiving schedule needs to be more compliant for semi-monthly
- Saves time with employees updating all their information
- Application information flows over the main system which cuts down on inputting items and errors
Did not like Paychex system, the whole program seemed like it was separate programs that did not work that well together. The system was not user friendly.
