Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

I use Paycom for my own personal use. I also work with Paycom as a Third Party Administrator for billing and administration through Payroll deduction and file feeds. The product addresses ease of administration for the employee and employer. Easy and user-friendly both for the employee and employer. I like the format easy to access

Pros

  • Make Changes Easily for employee and employer
  • Easy to do business with from and administrator
  • Good support

Cons

  • Its pretty standardized, programming customization.
  • Saved time ease of use
  • Peakon and from Workday
I believe its easier to use, but there might be some extra functionality and easier customization

Great system ease of use to roll out as more "canned" product. Customization, for example, payroll cycle billing. Product can't handle this payroll deduction scenario.
