Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
I am responsible for all of our onboarding with new hires. I utilize the applicant tracking system everyday. I like the system a lot I just wish we had a demo profile to test out certain things. Sometimes when I am looking for a specific person it pulls up other people with different last names first. Other than that, everything else is easy to use and easy to understand.

Paycom makes things a lot easier for us because we utilize so many things within the one system. Everything is in the one system so it makes running reports and looking things up quicker. Which helps out a lot when we are running as many reports as we are on the daily.
